Marie is a master practitioner: E-RYT 500, certified in breathwork, Pilates, fitness, and licensed in therapeutic massage. The depth of her training shows in the smallest cues: a hand on the shoulder, a single word, a sequence designed for the body actually in the room.
Her teaching is the opposite of generic. Every flow is composed for the people on the mat that morning. Slower where you are tense, stronger where you have collapsed. Founders arrive carrying years in the shoulders, the jaw, the breath. Marie's work is to put it down.
