Running those retreats, and the six disconnected tools it took to run them, is what led us to build Crescent, a retreat lifecycle management platform now used by other retreat owners.

Marie is a highly certified yoga instructor with deep training across HIIT, Pilates, breathwork, and therapeutic massage. Her teaching is warm, precise, and quietly transformational, grounded in years of body wisdom and a deep love for Hawaiʻi.
As a retreat owner, Marie shapes the practice itself. She designs each day with the care of a master teacher, sensitive to every body on the mat and every story in the room.

Nearly two decades in the trenches with founders. Carmela is a certified executive and organizational change coach, AI advisor, and fractional GTM leader who has built go-to-market engines, refined positioning, and turned pipeline chaos into predictable growth.
Her approach is operator-level, not theoretical. She has led marketing and GTM for SaaS companies from pre-revenue through $50M+ ARR, and at Aloha Reset she runs the coaching and the business side of our retreats. That operating work became the blueprint for Crescent.

Why we built Crescent
Crescent is a retreat lifecycle management platform. Bookings, payments, waivers, itineraries, vendors, and guest communication live in one place, before, during, and after a retreat, so owners stop stitching together six tools to run a single week.
We built it for ourselves first. Every screen came out of a real problem we hit hosting our own retreats in Hawaiʻi, and today other retreat owners run their guests on it too.
