1. Acceptance
By accessing aloharesetyoga.com, booking a retreat, or using the Crescent app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
2. Retreats and bookings
Retreat dates, pricing, inclusions, cancellation windows, and refund policies are described at the time of booking and in your confirmation. Aloha Reset reserves the right to modify itineraries when circumstances require.
3. Health and participation
Yoga, breathwork, and movement carry inherent risk. You are responsible for practicing within your capacity and disclosing relevant medical conditions during intake. A waiver may be required before participation.
4. The Crescent app
The Crescent app supports retreat scheduling, communication, payments, and integration content. Access is provided through your retreat or subscription. You agree not to misuse the platform or attempt to disrupt service for other users.
5. Intellectual property
All content, teachings, and materials remain the property of Aloha Reset and its instructors unless otherwise noted. Personal use is permitted; redistribution requires written permission.
