Neurodivergent retreat guests practicing yoga together on a quiet open-air lanai in Kona, Hawaiʻi

Designed for every kind of mind

Predictable. Optional. Quiet where it counts.

Most retreats are built for neurotypical defaults: surprise activities, mandatory sharing, sensory chaos framed as fun. This one is built the other way around.

The full schedule, in advance

Every session, meal, and free block published in the app before you arrive. You will never wonder what happens next.

Everything is opt-in

No mandatory sharing circles. No forced icebreakers. Silent participation is always available, and skipping anything requires zero explanation.

Space that's yours

Spacious suites at a private estate, with room to retreat, recharge, and close out the world when you need to.

Quiet hours and quiet spaces

Designated silent zones and protected daily quiet hours. Stimulation is a choice, not a default.

Sensory details, published

Lighting, sound levels, food textures, and group sizes listed for every session in advance. Nobody will ask why.

Recovery is scheduled

Downtime is on the itinerary, not squeezed between sessions. Rest is programming.

You do not have to mask here. That is the entire point.

The Practice that Holds You

Marie Benoit · Co-Founder & Lead Instructor

The body remembers what the calendar forgets.

Marie is a master practitioner: E-RYT 500, certified in breathwork, Pilates, fitness, and licensed in therapeutic massage. The depth of her training shows in the smallest cues: a hand on the shoulder, a single word, a sequence designed for the body actually in the room.

Her teaching is the opposite of generic. Every flow is composed for the people on the mat that morning. Slower where you are tense, stronger where you have collapsed. Guests arrive carrying years in the shoulders, the jaw, the breath. Marie's work is to put it down.

"You can't think your way back to clarity. You have to breathe your way there."

The Operator in the Room

Carmela Fortin, co-founder, executive coach, and AI advisor

Credentials

ICF Certified Coach · 17+ years leading high-pressure teams · CMO and CEO · AI advisor · Singularity University · Two decades of overstimulated, always-on working life.

Carmela Fortin · Co-Founder

She has sat in your chair.

Nearly two decades inside high-pressure rooms where the hardest decisions get made. Carmela has led teams through relentless pace and constant noise, and coached people through the moments that never show up on a calendar.

She does not speak in frameworks. She speaks in the language of overstimulated working life: too many inputs, a team in friction, the quiet weight of being the person everyone looks to. The retreat includes private time with Carmela: perspective when you want it, silence when you don't, and the kind of clarity that only comes from someone who has been there.

"Most people don't need another framework. They need an hour with someone who has carried the same weight."
